well yeah youre gonna get instagibbed if youre playing a melee adc without defensive items
im thinking zypher would be a good item for the tenacity that lets you get ninja tabi for the reduced basic attack damage, GA is probably a must on him along with IE and PD, after that you might want a CDR item and there are defensive choices for that

I'd get a triforce if fed. But Shiv is usually his main rush cause it synergizes so well with him and is cheap.
Q only applies on hit effects to the first target hit, so unless the guy is right in your face its gonna be a minion or something, but why not get zephyr+tabi over mercs? he uses every stat from zephyr and tabi is good for the passive it has
