Hmm. Is it possible to tell when you should take armor seals and when to take dodge seals?
I mean something like: over 150 armor in final build, you should take dodge seals. Less than 150 in final build, you should grab armor seals.
And why is dodge seals superior, when a lot og pro LoL-players are suggesting armor seals? (haven't heard from all, tho :P)

like I said, pros prefer armor because it's reliable. You can never truly rely on dodge to work, although when it does, 100% damage mitigation is certainly better. Armor also protects against abilities that deal physical damage though, so that's something you should consider too.

Over about 80 armor dodge seals reduce more damage than armor against normal attacks.
Still rarely worth using.

Dodge doesn't block ability damage, so against someone like 
Caitlyn it's definitely best to prioritize armor.

Armor is the safe choice. Dodge can be picked up when you have armor quints, but I generally wouldn't suggest it unless you really need that damage mitigation against someone or you're making good use of nimbleness.
