yeah it says you can use w on allies? what would be the purpose of that. also i think 10% might be a little much.
another thing is that, well, we already have an energy lightning guy.
i think the passive on e is deffinetly too powerful on a champion kill. thats practically refunding all your energy.
i also think his r might be too powerful as well. i think just returning 50% of the damage is sufficient. after all, he is a tank, so he'd have high resistances. however returning spells to enemies with practically no resistances might be a problem. let alone stuns and cc.
although it would be awesome if you're really low and karthus casts his ult. so you cast yours before hand and it returns to karthus. instant classic.

The ultimate only directly reflects targeted abilities, such as Teemo's Blinding Dart. Abilities like Sivir's Boomerang Blade are simply reflected in a straight path back, meaning they will have a chance to dodge it if they are aware enough.
And you say W's proccing ability on 10% is alot. Why is that? In my opinion it's quite easily attainable, perhaps even too attainable. It can also be forced to proc by a random charge from Blitzbolt.

Well consider that you could purposely overextend into a ball of their champions, ult, use all your skills, and kill ALL THEIR CASTERS.
LeBlanc could try to nuke you and basically die. The same goes for Annie, Veigar, Anivia, etc. And what happens if you use it on a Galio ult?

Doesn't work on AOE abilities, as the description said.
Let me answer your question with a counterquestion.
If you are melee, and see Rammus go into Defensive Ball Curl, do you attack him or wait for it to fade?
Also, what if LeBlanc tried to do 1000 damage to me with 3 spells, and i reflect back 111+ 20% of my ap for each spell, that wouldnt be so much, would it?
Considering i would have around 100 AP it would reflect a measily 393 damage.
That's less then a Malphite ulti. And at least this one you can predict.

Area of Effect spells are not affected. Spells reflected deal 30% of their original damage but is increased by an additional 50/100/150 (+0.2% AP) damage.
He looks like a goblin with a battery strapped to his back and lightning arching all over his body.

R: Now only deals 30% damage reflected and scaling from 0.8 to 0.2.
W: No longer works on Allied champions (original intention would be time-bomb style Setup, but AOE damage would make it overpowered i think. Also reduced the silence from 3 sec to 2 sec.
Passive: Made over 2 seconds instead of instant.
