@P; The blind passive is a bit overboard. Instead, I'd say: "Enemies within 200 range of Ukaso will have a 30% chance of missing with auto attacks". And change the slowing passive to 8% at all times :P
@Q; I'd reduce the silence to 3 seconds and increase the base damage +5.
@W; Again so much CC :P. I'd change the invisibility to 4 seconds at all times.
@E; Very interesting ability, I have a lot of questions about it.
1: Does solidify means that he is also snared? (Cuz hes solid)
2: How long is the stun from W?
3: Wouldn't it be much better to make this a toggle? Since the abilities are really different when in or out solid form.
@R; So a combination of Graves W and GP's ult? In combination with your W it is a very crazy ability. Enemies within can basically not see anything at all. Anyway, the damage is a bit crazy (if you consider that eventually you will deal 900 damage + 330%AP damage when enemy remains in there for full duration). I'd reduce the duration to 4 seconds at all times and reduce the AP ratio to 40% per second.
tldr; Overal, a very heavy CC champ. I'd tweak up some damage of the Q&W abilities, while reducing the CC. With the ultimate, reduce the duration and the AP ratio :3

False. Jax can still dodge. Also, I said chance to miss, not dodge. Shaco has the same system implemented on his E. And yes, 30% is still strong, maybe it should be like 10% or something.

Ukaso would be a Jungling, Ap assassin/fighter, he is Melee.
Passive: Shrouded Mist- Enemies within a 200 foot radius of him are blinded for 2 seconds, they cannot be blinded again for another 8 seconds. Also enemies move 8% slower. Also, Ukaso has no collision with minions.
Q: Silencing Mist- Ukaso selects a target and silences them, dealing 20/30/40/50/60 damage (+25% Ap) per second this lasts for 3 seconds.
While Solid: Throws a chunk of ice at an enemy dealing 110/130/150/170/190 damage (+ 25% Ap) and roots the target for 1.5 seconds.
W: Embracing Mist/ Howling Mist: Ukaso summons the surrounding FoW and in elopes himself in it, becoming invisible for 4 seconds, and gaining slightly increase vision. Ukaso can choose to either cancel the ability early, or wait for the ability to end. When either of the two happen Ukaso reveals himself and slows enemies around him by 15% and dealing 25/65/105/145/185 damage (+ 35% Ap).
While Solid: When activated Ukaso gains an 15/20/25/30/35 armor, when the ability ends it deals 45/85/125/165/225 damage (+25% ap) and stuns all champions in the radius.
E: Solidify- Ukaso teleports to an area (Same range as Ezreal e... I think) and solidifies him self. While solid, he loses his passive, but his abilities change. Being solid lasts for 4/5/6/7/8 seconds.
R: Caustic Mist- Ukaso selects an area and summons mist to it. It deals 55/95/135 damage (+60% Ap) per second for 5 seconds . Enemies in the radius are slowed by 25%. (The size of the ult is about as big as Gankplanks r)
This is my first champion idea, so critisicim is very much appreciated. Though I am not new to champion ideas, becuase on Smitefire I came up with a lot of God ideas. But anyways, I have played LoL for about a month now and love it, so I thought I should make a champion idea! Ok in my opinion, compared to other kits I have made I think this one is random and not sure it fits, I just liked the idea of a misty person nod thought this would be cool! Soo yeah, that's it. Feedback is welcomed!
