Champions you think Tiamat would be great on.

[/quote] I'm pretty sure it counts as a ranged attack (35% splash from Tiamat) And I just took a look at Tiamat's stats. The item is too cheap and gives too few stats. What I mean is the splash effect is more of a late-game thing, while the item's other bonuses are fairly weak. 5 mana regen/5, ugh, what do you want to do with that? It means one more spell per minute. Same idea for health regen. Tiamat basicaly is a bad Philosopher's Stone with damage. It feels to me we'll never find a reliable way of using it until they change it[/quote]
