Did Akali get buffed?

Yeah When I see him I go top or if I can't I just have to tower hug and hope for the best until I can start roaming and getting fed off of other lanes lol. I could see a good [[anivia]] maybe beating me, but I've crushed too many TF's to be worried about him.[/quote]
