Both Eve and Twitch's stealth say, on the ingame tooltip, "10 second cooldown after breaking stealth."
You can't just perma-stealth. Shaco's is also a bit shorter than it's CD so, that's fine too.

Stack attack speed, with highlander active swing nearly 3 times a second, and get KILLS instead of ASSISTS so highlander and everything else instarefreshes. Then hit alpha and DONT hit wuju or highlander again to go to the next champ (since Highlander is already active and you still have effect of active wuju AND passive effect) and melt people. Simple as that. The best thing about Highlander is it makes Master Yi abilities essentially HAVE no cd, as long as you are attacking a champ. Stacking CDR on Yi is a waste of time. Go for AS > lifesteal > crit and win.

Dude Ad carry can get the kill easily, just as the Ap carry.. you cant assume you will get a kill... getting the 40% cdr doesnt cost much with zekes and ghostblade. And you get other useful stats too with them.

Kinda confused sth there: Every of those spells have some kind of effect that holds long enough, so that they would be ready again everytime the effect ends.
