Why not double the shield of
Iron Man if you're juts going to make it twice as strong against penetration?

You've given him some CC, which is kind of whatever I suppose. Yes, he gets kited easily right now but it doesn't really matter if he does way less damage with soft CC.
And, a slightly important part, he doesn't get the AP or AD from the champion he's ghosted.
Other than the CC, you've straight up nerfed him. HARD
I guess the fact that it's not removed by QSS is kind of a buff, and he deals more damage to whoever he ulted to... sort of make up for DFG being gone. But overall, he's not better.

He does deal way more damage if he gets close and uses his Q, which basically works like a 100% tiamat to 3 targets around. If he gets close, bye enemies.
It is not about burst, it is about sustained damage, a bruiser.
And about the shield, why not do something new instead of 24/7? Twice the shield strength would also affect true damage and reduction, this change not. It should just be a counter to items like Last Whisper or Void Staff, which currently rip bruisers apart.

Don't really know why he needs that. He already pushes hard right now, and Q isn't on that long of a cooldown later game. 4 seconds. Maybe about 2 if he gets 40% CDR, like from WotA and Morellonomicon. Both of which are pretty decent on him.

LW and Void rip apart tanks too. I don't see any of them getting double value out of their resistances. Not even Garen, which you love so much. :P
He needs that strong Q to balance out the nerfs at other spots and compliment a bruiser style in which you have to get close in order to deal damage.
The double resistance is only as long as his shield is on, not forever (
Garen gains 20% increased resistances and 30% damage reduction as well, that is nearly like 50% reduction.)

Well, yeah, that is the same with the likes of Darius. He has a really hard time landing his damage and getting close, but if he gets close, oh boy, enemies are going down. That is also why my rework has multiple slows and a speedup and increased base MS.
Mordekaiser just doesn't make sense at all as a burst mage, it is the same compared to AP Sion. He should be an AP Bruiser.

Base attack damage increased to 61.54. (results into 121 attack damage at level 18)
You should grab yourself the stats of the actual Mordekaiser, otherwise, you could easily miss some changes.
