First, I'd like to point out that explicit guide advertising, which this seems to be, is actually against the rules. So I expect that this thread will be locked before too long, and you should really avoid making any other threads like this.
To answer your question, though, I see a couple of issues with the build at first glance. You'll probably want to pick up Abyssal and Zhonya's before the Deathcap, to make Diana much tankier for the early/mid game. You'll want those resistances as soon as possible to make her shield so silly powerful. After that, picking up the Deathcap is probably ideal for more damage and a larger shield.
Lich Bane is not at all ideal on Diana. She's a burst assassin, so she's not likely to get more than a couple of Lich Bane procs out of a full combo. While she does want to autoattack as part of her damage, she really can't afford to hold abilities to get the most out of the item. Building Void Staff earlier is probably a better bet, and the last slot can be used for either a defensive item or another strong AP item, depending on how the game is going. (Pick one or the other for your cheatsheet up top, then make it clearer in the guide that building is always situational.)
I'm very unsure about
Enchantment: Furor on Diana. Only her ult and autoattacks are going to proc it. I think you'd be better off with
Enchantment: Alacrity most of the time. For boots,
Mercury's Treads are also a great choice for Diana, depending on who you're facing mid.
I'm not a fan of your runes or masteries. You have absolutely no resistances or other tanky stats in there, so you'll get harassed badly in lane and be less able to keep yourself alive and farming throughout the game. I'd suggest replacing the seals with flat armor and the glyphs with flat MR, and switching the masteries to 21/9/0.
For your skill order, I'm not sure why you take a point in
Moonfall at level 3. You're not going to use it as part of your combo until you have your ult, anyway, so there's no reason to delay a second point of Q until level 4. Your post-6 skill order is equally confusing, but not necessarily wrong.
