Item Idea:The Healing Rod

[quote=Alcasea]so you mean to say i would want to buy this as my first item? i would rather get blasting wand then a needlessly rod for kassa than buying this. also i would rather build either lichbane or rabba as my first item for fizz than this. as an AP in general you would be doing more skill casting than hitting and mostly you would only have a chance to hit when enemy are fleeing and in a team fight the ap would just throw all skill, back, wait for CD and repeat. if you tend to AA in a fight you would just get killed by being focused. this item would be better for hybrids like jax or kayle but not good enough to surpass a nashors or a guinsoo for them, why ? most hybrids (except maybe for teemo) tends not to build rabbadon or big ticket ap items like DFG or Zhonyas so that .25ap would be less than 50 heal every 3rd auto attack and even with a 2.50 AS (which would never happen for a hybrid) a frozen mallet would still give more overall sustain plus a more potent passive. overall this item has a poor stat combination for an AP (what would a caster do with 30% as) and lacks AD for a hybrid (guinsoo has AD,AP,AS,LS,SP) plus an impotent passive that scales off from AP. final grade 4/10.[/quote]
