Had a friend test this just now, the %missing health damage cap appears to be around 300 or so. Ulting baron with 10k health missing only did ~600 damage.

last night i saw someone get a qudra kill + baron steal with 1 ulti shot from jinx from the other teams spawn point, was funny/annoying as hell. (she was packing full AD and this wasvery late game).
