Basically, this IS Teemo, Caitlyn and Ashe in a single character.
Your Passive is similiar to that of Caitlyn (but way more OP)
Your Q is Piltover Peacemaker, but singletarget?
Your W is extremely situational, but would mostly be used for the movement it gives you.
Your E is Teemo's E plus his ulti, but stuns instead of vision.
Your R is a single target nuke? Like Ashe, but over time and a snare instead of a stun.
Not sure mate, you might wanna redesign some uniqueness into it.

Just one thing: Trap seems kind of underpowered, considering you can only place one at a time, and the dot from the passive of the skill damages almost as much as the trap does... Seems kind of lulz. Aside from this, the passive of the skill seems like a lot of damage as well..

A. She can place more than one trap. She can only hold one at a time. Kinda like an ammo capacity of 1. They are the same poison so i thought they should do the same damage.
B. The Passive makes her a great gank the ganker. Most fights dont take place in the brush (unless your a shaco or garen). This is to punish those people who sit in th bushes waiting to gank. She can pop of some skill shots and make them pay.

Passive is still way OP no matter what way you put it, Fights take place in brush all the time (not fights but people hide with low health to escape) and when that is the case since the brush is completely useless now you become ridiculous and gain a free kill, Plus the extra dmg, making it possibly a oneshot depending on how low their health, It's like free feeding all because of the passive, I wouldn't allow that passive in this game.
if im chasing i know they are in the bush. If i am coming to gank then he would be dead anyway. All senarios where its op and they die are all the situations where they would have died anyway. All her damaging moves are skill shots so i wouldnt have to see anyway. The likelyhood of its creating an unfair advantage on low hp enemies is low IMHO.

- CD is 9/7/5/4/3 seconds
W - Mark of the Wild
- Marks a target and your next hit must be melee
- You gain 10/13/16/20/25% movement speed for 4 seconds
- If you melee strike the target they are stunned for 2 seconds
- CD is 26/23/19/16/13 seconds
E - Deadly Orchid
Passive: All attacks gain a poison DOT
- Deals 10/20/30/40/50 +.3 AP per second for 3 seconds
Active: Places an orchid trap
- Deals 20/30/40/50/60 + .5 AP per second for 3 seconds
- Stuns for .5 seconds
- Only one orchid can be in your possession at a time
- CD of 30 Seconds
R - Lotus Bloom
- Infect 1 target with a lotus bloom
- They are snared for 2/3/4 seconds
- They take 100/150/200 +.3 AP per second
- On the last tick the bloom explodes dealing 50/100/150 damage to surrounding units for 2 seconds
- AOE is 150/250/350
- CD is 80 seconds
I view this as like an Ashe, Nidalee, Teemo toon. The ultimate ranger/assassin
