The ultimate seems kind of UP, You may think it balances, but it shouldnt slow, The 50% less AD is fine though, But if you think about it, Tons of CHamps have OP ultis, karthus, Katarina, Technically it depends on how you use it, So without the slow which would mean you'd probably kill yourself with your ulti if the enemy team rushes you.

Now ill let the dev team figure out balanced Hp and stats...but compared to other heros im going to try try to balance his theoretical skills
He would be energy based
Passive:Momentum-while moving he gains 1% movement speed per 5 seconds while(1% max bonus added 1% per 2 levels maxing at 10%)and for 1 second after moving you deal 10% of your movement speed as damage
Basically the longer you move the faster you would go...if you stop moving the counter resets...the 1 second is so you can hit something at the end of your run...and would only proc if the buff was on
First ability:Huricane Kick-Leaps and spin kicks at the enemy dealing 50/75/100/125/150+100% of attack damage and stunning them for 1 second Cost 100 energy Cooldown 12 seconds
Basically works like Pantheons jump or jaxes with the model spinning and kicking...
Second Ability:Lightning strikes-Gains Max attack speed for the next 5 attacks or 3 seconds dealing 25% normal damage per hit Cost 50 Energy Cooldown 7 seconds
Dotas ursa is a model for this attack...It mainly for critical strikes
3rd Ability-Ready Stance-*passive*While not moving for 5 seconds He enters a ready stance blocking 20/40/60/80/100% percent of the next damage dealt to him and if hit knocks back all enemies withing melee range dealing 20/40/60/80/100% of his attack damage to all hit
Basically if u stand there for 5 seconds you gain a buff...if your hit while standing there you knock back all enemies and deal damage
Ultimate-Unleash Your Power!-Channels his energy gaining 5% movement/20% attack speed/5% percent damage per second channeled with max of 5 seconds channeling...it lasts for 5/7/10 seconds after channeling...it gives you unlimited energy while active...when the buff runs out you are slowed by 50% dealing 50% less damage and with no energy regen for 5/7/10
Cost 200 Energy Cooldown 120/100/80
Basically your kill move...the negative buff is for balancing since people would complain about its overpoweredness
Other possible abilities would be like...
Training-Passively increases your movement speed by 1/2/3/4/5% attack speed by 3/6/9/12/15% per skill level
Ultimate-Death Punch-Punches the enemies soul dealing 200/250/300% attack damage and stunning them for 3 seconds cost 150 energy 75 second cooldown
