Liandry's Torment...seems completely amazing on Cassiopeia. If she hits ult/slow/has rylai's.....people could just melt. Any thoughts?

And the stack system is laughable. if you dont hit all enemies at once, its harder to reach zero stacks than mantaining a value above 18, that counts for any champ who has a use for it.
The roundhouse nerf isnt for nothing.
And Liandry's is ok, it's just that you need an movement impairing effect in your champs skillset.

With Liandry's, does anyone know if the damage is doubled if the spell you cast ALSO has a slow on it? From how I read the description, the burn does double damage if the target is already slowed. But just thought I'd clarify whether a nuke that also slows (ie Nunu's snowball) would do double damage? Anyone test this?
