Why not make it so items drop from creeps? I've always wondered what it would be like rolling out with an IE in the first 3 minutes of a match.
The idea (item to reduce gold prices) is interesting but completely game breaking. All of a sudden everyone has items they need ~10 minutes for at 5 minutes and the entire pacing of the game goes out the window...Now hyper carries are Super Saiyans at 10 minutes as opposed to ~20....It just isn't conducive to how champs are balanced....It would just be bad overall IMO. :/
