The new heal with the cleanse thing and the MS boost seems really op on volibear.
With HP-regen runes some Armor pen. and some HP pr. lvl. Voli is really strong at top!
At lvl 6 theres a good chance for double kill at top when enemy ganks. Im using masteries 13-17-0 with this i got 7 % dmg increase to targets under 50% hp and i got "dangerous game" for late game teamfights, but still got "second wind" in defense to boost passive and my heal.
