This has already been discussed and tried and it works.

You need a Brave Vayne and a Vayne who maxes Silver Bolts. And a Vayne who knows when Nunu snowball hits to use that moment of AS debuff to deal some deepz.

Since I'm not such a huge fan of nunu, I would recommend same concept but nunu replaced by gp jungle. He too has slow on q(though weaker) and an AA steroid + MS boost (maybe bit weaker) and his ult does work bit like nunu's, disables them from running etc. You might think this is jsut a weaker version of nunu vayne combo. But gp is overall stronger. He is less counterable in teamfights and he can help people all over the map, etc.
Only negative on Nunu is that he only has the ability to heal himself, and not Vayne. He has no strong CC either (Stun, etc.). The slow is quite permanent later on, though, which is always nice, and the AS/MS is really strong, as mentioned.
Last negative is how long it takes for the ult to channel. It is so dang rare that I get to complete my ult, especially when playing AP, as that makes them 5 times more aware of trying to stop your channel in a teamfight.

U can go for crc marks on vayne and rush a Infinity edge. It does not give any kills pre-6 but after six DAAAIMN! 65% Attackspeed, 15% Movespeed.. OMG it's STRONK!
Nunu speeds vayne, slows enemy, Vayne ults, vayne runs infront of enemy ad-carry/support, nunu ults, vayne shoots back/into wall, an enemy has been slain oO
The AS/MS from nunu synergizes soo well with vayne! U're gonna need a zil mid/yorick top though since lategame vayne is pretty screwed if caught.
I haven't tried this, i'm just thinking we might have a 4th good support for vayne?
