I would suggest giving the passive a slight nerf and making it so if you don't take any damage after 8 seconds you get a free spell, because it just feels better to me that way (lol).
I'd also lower the base damage for Q. (It does 110 damage every 6 seconds at level 1, not to mention healing you.)
For W, I'd change the damage to be magical, up the ratio and remove the snare (maybe the slow could double?).
For E, make it give 100% of the Q bonus since it seems damn impossible to get any decent amount of resists with that spell (4 kills gets you 1 armor and 1 MR...). Also, if someone attacks you 3 times with E on (no hard feat, it lasts 7 seconds) you gain 40 armor (at level 1!). This is a free chain vest from a level 1 spell. Also, the damage return is useless. If an Ashe crits you for 400 HP when you have level 5 of Snakeskin to win, she takes 52 damage. That's it.
And now the ult. I'd make it blind instantly, and remove the slow so people are encouraged to synergize it with quicksand. Also, if you stay in his ult for the entire time and he has 300 AP, you take 360 bonus damage. Not sure if that's UP or OP, just thought I'd mention it. And while we're at it, this spell has the same radius as Amumu's ult, with terrible base damage (level 3 has similar DPS to level 1 fiddles ult.). I'm not sure if you intended this, but I would raise the damage and lower the radius.
