question about malady's effect

[/quote] Actually, having more than one of [[The Black Cleaver]] won't work that way, since its passive is unique. Having a second TBC is only worth its stats. Having two different champions with TBC, on the other hand, does stack the passive faster, rather than applying two separate passives, if both users attack the same target.[/quote]
