His passive isn't a really fun idea, I guess. It's been discussed around here a lot of times.
Q is almost the same thing as Ezreal's old Essence Flux, but without the AS bonus.
W I'm not sure, but I think it's been used already.
I liked his E, but it doesn't seem to fit the other two skills.
It looks like his R has a fun and efficient mechanic, similar to that one of Morgana's ultimate. Good job on that.

lol ******ando i think overall the mechanics are ok but might want to think about his ult because i think morganas is better in every way? I like his Q but his E doesn't really fit a support/ap kind of person. His w is ok. yea but think of a better name for it. :)
the point of his ult is to help the team focus someone down. If i added an aoe component so that it damages all nearby enemies it might round him out more. And a "******" is a term used in music. It means to slow the tempo. Hes not an all out support. He simply has a few utility spells.

Ode To Wealth (Passive): Quill and his allies gain a bonus 6/8/10 gold per 10 seconds.
Harmony/Discord (Q): Quill fires energy in a straight line damaging enemies and healing friendlies hit.
******ando (W): Quill lets out an AoE attack which slows and damages nearby enemies and minions.
Picato (E): Quill's basic attack applies a stacking debuff. Once the stack reaches 3 Quill may activate Picato again to pull the stacks off dealing damage and silencing the target for 2 seconds.
Famous Last Words (R): Quill marks an enemy target linking to them. While the target is linked they are slowed and Quill moves faster. After 4 seconds or after the link is broken damage will be dealt equivelant to the duration the target was linked, each second is worth 50/75/100+50%AP magic damage.
Yeah, I had to do it...SOOO bad though :/ Hard to make something up with this theme I think.
