AoE Slow... and to some degree, the silence. Though it's mechanically quite different. 2:23 am saw Kass in it.

I dont know if volibear was released when you posted your champ idea, but volibear has an aoe slow like ur champ's =(

It's supposed to be rather noticeable...Considering the flow of champs lately have been full of improved versions of past skills. This should be in line, and the support would actually have a passive worth something to the team even if they were bad XD


It could always be adjusted.
