You have to find a summoner spell that makes a specific champion seem OP through early game. That's how Heal got popular again, it just works on more champions than people realized.

Surge Works really well on Kayle since she's such an on-hit champion *crowd laughs, falseo shrugs* I've put it side by side with exhaust and ignite in practice runs for a week and it'd get me a lot of first bloods and consequent kills.Of course it's like what people said, situational/spells only going for one champ are kinda meh (like Clarity being decent on Lux since she often would almost require to flash in in order to land that ignite, due to range)
