sounds pretty good, the only issue would be you're farm, as he is a carry he needs good items To carry, seems like a very high risk average reward. alistar is amazing at it simply cause he has amazing cc an ult that isnt based of items, and dont need That much farm.
K, I just went 5 0 4 semi laning top and constanly fkcing their nocturns wolves golem and killing mid, they surrenderd on the 20 min mark >< ignite ghost.
wasnt able to gank him at start at mana buff cause rammas and ryze were there and my team were like bots, nocturne needs help at mana buff so it will wont be the best idea to go roaming if thats the case.

I imagine that there's much better roamers than nocturne, but as an anti-jungler he'd be phenomenal.

Well, could someone give me a definition of Roamer?
General counter-jungling requires you to have a nice Speed-Boost steroid like Boots of Mobility or Blood Boil, or be stealth like Shaco/Evelynn, something to give you an edge over other Junglers.
Nocturne has a nice speed-boost from Duskbringer and Fear for CC, but that's presuming he finds someone to gank.
Otherwise, he could fall dangerously behind.
