Only choose pantheon support if they have no sustain bot lane, ie. a blitz, zyra and unconventional support like morgana

go full ad runes with armor sels.
start with long sword and ward
max Q

Then just freely harass their ad champ.
Panth support works
If you get fed you can just gank other lanes with ultimate.
