So basically... we can all just spam them with reports? :P

how can added health hp value of the w be negative?
also i think the passive is underpowered: if you manage to channel 5 seconds(which is unrealistic considering that you die as soon as you get attacked) you will only deal 25 damage to everyone. i'd make it something like x^3 or x^2+your level*3 instead.

Thanks to IPodPulse for this <3^

If HP of target 1 is lower than HP of target 2, HP1-HP2 will be added to HP3, with HP1-HP2<0, therefore target 3 will lose health. If target 3's HP got lower than 0%, he would have 100% HP + (HP1-HP2). It is important that HP1-HP2 can be negative, because otherwise he would get HP higher than 100% with this formula, which would be set back to 0% + the remaining difference of HP1 and HP2, so the target could not be healed by getting damaged anymore.
Plus this passive is made to punish close encounters. If you and your enemy die at the same time or if you get sniped and killed from range, you can easily channel your whole death time undisturbed, doing around 900 damage easily. Maybe I should make it uninterruptible for the first 5 seconds, giving your team the chance to drive enemies away from you and also guaranteeing at least a minimal amount of damage. Should it ever come to lategame and your death timer gets to around 1 minute, you can basically just run into enemy front turrets, forcing their team to back off because they need to interrupt your channel to prevent dying. Forgot to mention that he can only be interrupted by champion damage, though.

For now, I imagined something totally new, you are going to be at least at like 9th grade before you can even understand what all his abilities do. His kit is randomly selected terror.
Did you hate Math lessons? - Then stop reading now, because this champ is the bane of students.
Ladies and Gentlemen, I am presenting you:
MATHMAN - ENVOY OF THE CLASSROOM
Login Music: nananananananana nananananananana MATHMAN!
Abilities:
Passive (Number Crunching): Upon dying, Mathman channels the power of maths until he is attacked by a champion or until his time of death is over. If that happens, he does x^2 true damage to all enemies on the battlefield, where x is the number of seconds Mathman channeled. His channel cannot be interrupted within the first 5 seconds.
Q (Mental Calculation): A random calculation task is generated and appears on the targeted champions screen. If the question is not solved within 22 – ability level * 2 seconds, the targets health is decreased to the lowest prime number greater than his movement speed/1000 * his max health. In addition, healing and damage on the target will always result in rounding down to the next prime number. Sometimes, a really hard task will appear. If the target solves it correctly, it will die instantly because it cheated.
Cooldown = Maximum answer time, resets if a question has been answered wrong. (Not answering counts as wrong)
W (Subtraction): Manually target 3 champs to trigger the effect. HP of target 1 – HP of target 2 is added to the HP of target 3. If a champions health reaches more than 100% this way, his hp are set to 0% + the remaining hp. If a champions health is lower than 0% this way, his hp are set to 100% + the remaining hp. Added HP value can of course be negative. If a champions health reaches 100% or 0% this way, the champion is killed.
Cooldown = 10 - Remaining hp percentage of target 3 * 10 seconds
E (Sinus Beam): Unleashes y=180*sin(x) with xϵ[0;540/720/900/1080/1260], dealing |120/200/280/360/440*sin(x)| true damage to enemies on the graph, depending on their x-position (will be middled out between all possible points).
Cooldown = 7 * 2 - ability level
R (Death to Primes): If any enemies health is equal to a prime number, he is instantly killed. Otherwise, his health drops down to second highest prime number below his current health level every second for 10 (+log2(AP*1/2/3)) seconds.
Cooldown = 90 seconds, decreases by 15 seconds whenever a task is answered wrong
