Wriggle's is cheaper and gives you essentially everything you listed there, except with greater survivability with the extra armor (assuming you are top lane). I don't think I've ever had much of a problem with CDR on Udyr, but I'm sure it isn't a *bad* stat per se. Plus with
Wriggle's Lantern you are getting a free ward every 3 minutes.
Considering there is probably only one other person on your team who is going to benefit greatly from the aura, you are spending 545 more gold for an item that is, in some respects, not as good for your character.
With that extra gold you could buy a dagger, which would almost remove the last benefit of Zeke's Herald over Wriggles (AS).
Plus, if you are going to build a
Wit's End anyway (and 9/10 you will) I just feel like Wriggle's has more synergy with your build and kit. Just my two cents.

Don't get Wriggle's on Phoenix Udyr.
Zeke's is just a weak item for yourself and if your team wants it just make the support get it. Get Phage/Zeal instead.

I always go jungle when I am playing Udyr. I haven't tried out top lane Udyr much.
Those items are extremely different from each other though. Wriggles focuses on helping you to clear jungle faster through AD.
Zeke's is primarily for the attack speed and lifesteal aura for you and your AD teammates. For example, one game I was playing with a Gangplank and an Ashe, which makes the aura on Zeke's beautiful.
The personal stats on Zeke's are really low anyway. If you have a heavy AD team just make your support get it. It doesn't even benefit Udyr much at all.
Phage/Zeal man, Phage/Zeal.
Phage/Zeal man, Phage/Zeal.
So would you suggest getting any lifesteal? I saw a guide that suggested visage to increase the health you get back while in turtle stance.
Spirit Visage is okay, I buy it sometimes if I want more MR. I don't usually bother to get Lifesteal when jungling, only when laning.
I would advice against getting ANY lifesteal on Phoenix Udyr.
Lifesteal is for Tiger Udyr. (which I always build Wriggle on)
Phoenix Udyr just doesn't scale well with AD and builds AS and on hit because of that. And since he doesn't build any AD, he doesn't really have that much use of lifesteal.
If you want any kind of sustain on Phoenix Udyr you should just get
Randuin's Omen and/or
Force of Nature. They both help him more than Zeke would.
Not even Spirit Visage is a good idea on him.

When I say lane I basically mean Tiger since that's what I roll with 90% of the time.
I usually buy SV when there is some magic damage on the enemy team, but they're not particularly scary. It's cheaper than FoN and it gives health, so I prefer it when I just want a small bit of MR without spending too much.
