Enemy hit you

Minion/Monster AA: 2
Big Minion/Monster AA/Spell: 5
DoT: 2 per second
Champion AA: 5
Champion Single Target Spell: 10
Champion AoE Spell: 5

After not getting hit for 8 seconds, the wallsource decreases by 5 per second. The larger wallsource is, the larger Wallster grows.

EDIT :

For DoT he should gain per tick, not per second

Basically, a tryout to create a full tank champ which is completly new by design. Balance doesn't matter.

You could compare Wallsource to Mordekaiser' shield, but instead that you gain Wallsource if hit and not if doing damage yourself.
