I dont think so. Just an example: with an attack speed of 1,5 u need 2 sec to land your third attack to get healed (with nashors its about 90 health and with rageblade even less). If you are fighting vs an ad carry cause they are the main focus in teamfigths you will get much more dmg then you can heal with your third attack. Next problem is: both items are very expensive.
After my opinion is the benefit you may get from these 2 items not big enough to spend a hugh amount of gold for them.
