PBE (Public Beta Environment) Pretty much a test realm where gives people to test out new patches and champion. Its great for people who write guides and want to be like the first people to write a guide for the new champion.

I say never write a guide if you haven't got hundreds of games with a champion.

true besides the guide part its great to get a feel of the new champion and changes to some champ

True, not saying PBE is a bad idea. I dislike guides for champs you don't know is all :P

Public Beta isn't for the purpose of playing a new champion a bunch so you can write a guide, it's for testing. I suggest you recall the ToS you accepted whenever you patch Public Beta and not spread this stuff around.

What Nighthawk said. It's meant for hammering out bugs that happen with the new champion, and giving out criticisms against whatever. It's not meant for playing that one champ you don't have.
