This would belong more in the Video and Stream section, tbh.
There are a few things I disagree with in this video - I would run attack speed Marks (which are far more efficient than AS yellows), armor Seals, magic resist Glyphs, and either flat health Quints or armor pen Quints. That not only gives you the attack speed to power through the jungle, it also gives you the early game armor to make your jungle a lot safer and also gives you the late game magic resist to make yourself bulky.
Starting at Golem isn't that optimal with Tiger, either. Tbh, I would start at double golems and work my way to wraiths, wolves, and then blue buff. This jungle route gets you to level 5 and lets you gank with rank 3 Tiger Stance, which makes a large difference, as well as being much, much safer.
