Teemo's mushrooms already reveal the target, as for his E poison, I don't know how you could shoot them and they would then instantly be out of fog of war needing to be revealed... Pretty rare cases.
Essentially the cases where the passive becoems quite handy would be stealthers, and of course the active too I guess.
Will this trigger with Teemo's or Singed's poison?
What about Malzahar Dreams?
