What's the best build for Yasuo now ?
I always build Lord Dominik or Mortal reminder, because it has insane damage.
Is trinity force still good on yasuo ?
I build PD Triforce IE Bloodthirster Lord Dominik with Triforce
W/O triforce I build PD IE Bloodthirster Lord Dominik Mercurial Scimitar

For most 
Yasuo builds the same 3-4 core items on him. Infinity Edge Phantom Dancer or Statikk Shiv depends if you want better wave clear or not. I personally build MAW on Yas if I am facing ap without a lot of cc. Then Trinity Force. From there you can build for what is on your team. If you need a tankier Yasuo maybe top lane? I get Frozen Mallet. If going full damage, then Bloodthirster is a must. If facing a crazy tank team or you just want more armor shred then Youmuu's Ghostblade or Lord Dominik's Regards
