How do i get out of bronze
I'm at this awkward stage where I'm stuck on 5050 half the games being i get a a good amount of kills or assists if im support good cs on and least deaths and win the other half i have a team that does the dumbest **** and say the dumbest ****. I was supporting once and ez was mid whilst our tower was being damaged by our opponent. I say Ez come help and get some farm you've been running around chasing for 5 minutes. He says "cs is boring, I'm focusing on kills". That's literally half the games I get **** like that. I can't even be a shot caller for my team because no one listens. I know beyond doubt I could compete at a platinum level or at least gold. I just don't see what I could do other than get challenger level skills and win the games single-handedly pushing everyone's lanes and knocking over all the towers. It's really upsetting me because I want to compete against people that will make this game challenging fun. Not a roulette of trolls and afks and all around bad players.
By what manner? Holding your own in lane?
The thing is - anyone can hold their own at a higher level. I can hold my own and even win lane in high diamond or masters. That's not the point though. The HARD part and what's most important to climbing the ladder, is knowing how to win. You can single handedly win the lane and lose the game if you don't know how to utilize your lane advantage to apply pressure throughout the map, whether by lane control, roaming, objective-forcing, etc.
The laning phase is the the most self-explanatory aspect of winning the game. You need to start to understand the game at a higher level to know how to close out a game.
One thing you can start doing is to disregard your team as a whole. I don't mean to offend by this, but you're playing in bronze, the lowest rank in LoL. You can't expect to actually have teammates who understand your "strategies." It's solo queue - you can't apply a teamgame mindset if you want to improve your chances of improving the game. Imagine you were a college freshman and you were paired with four other elementary school students in a math competition. You can't possibly expect the elementary school students to know how to do calculus. The most optimal route to reaching better results would simply be to do everything yourself. That's how you should view solo queue. Of course, there's also a scenario where you actually don't understand calculus yourself, in which case you should learn it before you attempt a tournament of calculus. I'm sorry to say you can't really escape the option of having four other teammates because you lost your way to bronze. You just have to man up, look at your mistakes, and carry the games on your own.

listening to this might be a good start if you aren't convinced or enlightened
Just focus on fixing and improving your own mistakes, and you'll climb the ladder soon enough.
OH that's another thing - Queue dodging is a gift from the gods. If you have a troll on your team, it's usually good to just take the -3LP loss and requeue.
I'm on NA server central time if you want to add me. I'll help you get out of bronze.
