    How is the Off-Meta tag assigned?

    I have had the most popular Bard guide for a couple years now. For this newest patch, my guide was tagged as "Off-Meta". Can anyone tell me why that is?

    so, why you don't use the bard guide? why you keep it for 1 years?

    In the Basic setup of the guide editor, you probably have "Off-meta" selected rather than "Champion" in the Category section.
