mage with mastery ferocity

Hi all, want to know if there is a mage with build and mastery ferocity in first. I have zyra for the moment and want to buy an another champion, i like to play mage.

How can he not use thunderlords effectively? Any champion in this game can use thunderlords with autos and their skill rotation.

Kind of disagree with you on being the only mage who can allocate 18 points into Ferocity. What about ? That ball of fur has such a low kill potential and is addicted to mana, he can't effectively use , can he? I mean, he has extremely powerful poke, therefore, would be a better option no? I apologise if my comment sounds rather confusing...

you're right about oppressor vs bounty hunter but precision is 100% better rn, even on certain champs that can utilize 45% cdr effectively.

Oppressor is totally fine, that's preference. It's much more useful early game at the very least, and you can't always guarantee you'll get the killing blow on three different enemies.

Precision is probably better but the difference isn't as significant as it is for AD champions.
