    This is a pretty vague question. Any champion that isn't meta can be considered extremely underrated. Champions that don't even fit the role remotely can be considered extremely underrated as well, but I don't think that's what you're looking for.

    You'll have to specify on some more characteristics on the type of champion you're trying to find.

    Olaf is a great champion to play top lane! I mained him Season 5 top lane and had a 75% win rate. I wrote a guide on him which is currently #2 for Olaf (but it has 15 more voters then the one ahead of me). He is a great choice to play due to his poke, tankiness, sustainability, and unstoppable ult! You should give him a try!

    Nope,Nocturne is a good champoion for top and jungle,I'm pretty sure that is Dr. Mundo
