    Does the 15% omnivamp stack if you go ravenous and riftmaker?

    Yes ofc they stack, you can also get for example ravenous hydra and get even more, together with conqueror and spirit visage its just too much healing

    It is a stat, and not a unique passive, so it will stack.

    OP69, the 15% omnivamp stacks with ravenous. It also stacks with Spirit Visage which is a excellent item against magic damage composition or if you want to sustain in team fights.
