There has been a small rise of Quin top, but again she has a lot of really bad match ups low tier 2 or high tier 3 maybe. I have seen her work very well against Lulu.

And Jani really is an agent of Satan, Teemo top is evil! pure pure evil! but it works

Pretty sure is underrated at the moment, her ultimate buff is really impactful lategame and she can deal with most meta tops. I guess she's just more required midlane

Well might not be straight up "meta top" atm but he is viable/decent at top and can do pretty much by splitpushing and then joining fights with some defensive stats.

is still imo pretty good even though better at mid. There are just some meta tops you don't want to face as which made her less picked than she was.

Right now, it seems that Maokai and Gragas are the two strongest top laners, although other picks have been coming out, such as top Alistar in both EU LCS and OGN Champions. Top Kayle used to be popular, but after the nerf to her E and her ultimate, she isn't used often. Also, Nidalee is used as AD with TriForce frequently up top. You still do have the previous meta picks available such as Shyvana, Renekton, Ryze, Dr.Mundo, Irelia, etc.
