Where are the Season 8 border rewards?

After getting Gold in the season I do not have any load screen border. Did they not hand them out this season?

if you get your rank in preseason you dont get any border tho, as i am sure you alerdy know the other option while no player with got banned or chat restricted recently can get the rewards.

Pretty sure they did. I got mine for silver along while ago. Did you make it before the cut-off date?

Make what? I had silver all last season.

Did you make gold before the cut-off date? That could be the reason the gold border isn't showing. It's saying that the highest rank you got was silver.
