You choose a top lane & TP. your opposing top laner has ignite

How do you make the most out of your TP if:
    1. your opponent outduels you and CAN'T push hard
    2. your opponent outduels you AND can push hard
    3. you and your your opponent can trade equally and your opponent CAN'T push hard
    4. you and your opponent can trade equally AND he can push hard

I'm having trouble finding the perfect balance between playing safe, and not getting zoned from minions in the early game.

    1. You usually try to play it safe and use TP to get back in lane unless you get an advantage thanks to his mistakes or jungler's help. Other way is to get some cheesy kills. Maybe even go B the same time as he does and then gank another lane and then TP top.

    2. You usually must TP top every time you have it available. If not the, the advice in 1. is pretty much correct for this part.

    3. You can outpush him and TP to gank, you can go b the same as he does, gank and TP top and you can abuse the TP and push his turret and then use the global presence you have.

    4. Use TP and try to get jungler's help to win the lane. Otherwise all the above fit here. Some better than others but nevertheless.

    1. Do heavy trades, go b, and tp back / shove top and tp gank bot / shove top and roam
    2. Do heavy trades, go b, tp back / farm under tower + get ganks
    3. heavy trades, go b, tp back / freeze lane
    4. heavy trades, go b, tp back / farm under tower + get ganks

These are the basics, but it honestly depends on the specific matchup. Top lane is all about trading and minion control, though

It all depends on what you're playing imo, if you play someone who can gank well with tp, or not. Someone who can farm safely from distance/under turret.

But if you can't farm your lane, cos of pressure, and your opponent can't really push hard you should try to take advantage of your tp to force something (gank bot if possible, take drake).
