Champions that do extremelly well in low elo but have low pickrate/high banrate

A Tier 3

Good champions that have lots of counters compared to S and OP tier

B Tier 4

Viable champions that have a lot of counterplay or low pickrate.

C Tier 5

Tier 6 got me laughing, but I am confused too - who plays Yuumi top? Forever alone or what?

I think Yuumi is actually played alot more in solo lanes and the jungle than most people would expect, probably because of it being meme tier, or something along those lines.

edit: I just looked at the stat site "league of graphs" and looked at Yuumi top. It shows the number of matches for the chosen champion in the chosen role, and Yuumi top has 1500 matches in 2 days. For comparison Skarner (all roles) had 26000 matches in 2 days.

So for every 18 Skarner's you see, there's 1 Yuumi top.

I actually played some Shyvana top, and for some reason it seemed like no one (or at least very few) was able to beat me in lane. Could just be how I played, and not because of Shyvana, though.
