Hello this is my tier list for the newest patch. Remember that this is only my opinion based on latest changes and champions average performance.
Patch 12.21 changes almost nothing to adc role (0 items change too) notable thing about this patch is that it gives
Miss Fortune nerf at slow of her's E and ap ratio buffs but it's not good change for her at ADC Role. Corki got some AD and health growth buff so maybe few of you might consider picking him as ADC for fun.

Great to pick at botlane. Can compete with S tier if with good support

Champions which had better days but still playable if you are skilled with them
