When they nerfed Tahm Kench and tried to push him back to Support, I expected it to work. Yet it seems like the shield wasn't the main problem :D
I personally pick Fiora or Sett with Grasp runes against him but it's still annoying. The good thing about most Tahm Kench players is that they're too confident when ahead. Like there's a fed Tahm Kench on the enemy team but instead of trying to play with his team he just runs it down solo and tries to 1v5 just to end up dying and flaming his teammates in all-chat...
