13.24 tier list adc for low elo [how easy they are and how easily they can carry]
So if a champion is good in high elo, it doesnt automatically mean he/she's good in low elo because of the skill ceiling and understanding of the champion is much lower in lower elo
I feel like these are the easiest to pick up carry adcs in botlane at 13.24
It's just my personal opinion I play a lot of jhin so the tier list might differ a bit since I dont main adc but I just play jhin Thanks for the understanding

easy to pickup and play -Â good carry potential

u need to hit skill shots and with draven u need to catch the axes, so harder
