Hello there! I'm Sauce, a Silver I ADC Main (IGN : u wont 1v1 tho)
Everything below describes what each champion aims to accomplish during a game.
Some roles are debatable, (Diana : Synergy > Duelist, Yasuo : Duelist > Synergy, etc.) but it is all true.
My goal in making this is so players can peek at this and acquire a vision of what is going to happen during their game and make a strategy based off that.
Also, I accidentally succeeded in making this little guide to additionally assist you in choosing a specific champion in your pool for each objective. Thanks for reading!
CHAMPION POOL EXAMPLES
MID : Synergy - Lux, Duelist - Diana, Ambush - Ekko
SUPPORT : Synergy - Zyra, Duelist - Brand, Sustain - Lulu
SCENARIO OBSERVATION EXAMPLES
Synergy : "Ashe and Leona are going to layer their cc on-top of each other, let's get a pick first so we have an advantage in teamfights"
Ambush : "Where's Evelynn? Group up and get pink wards down."
Duelist : "Don't fight Darius alone."
Sustain : "KILL SORAKA!"

Synergy
Anyone here possesses one or more abilities to easily pop-off a teamfight and lock-down, displace or damage multiple enemies. Huge, huuuge engage potential within every single champion listed.

DUELIST
Prolonged battles & heated skirmishing sums up the champions below. Often the ones dealing a chunk of damage and/or barely living or dying altogether end up here.

AMBUSH
aka Cleanup Crew! Most champions here boast the ability to simply appear out of no where and snag a kill or two. Or three...maybe even a penta. Usually able to carry games with ease after a few kills under their belt.

SUSTAIN
These champion's primary objectives are to mainly keep your team alive. Only a few champions listed here have hard crowd control.
Why Karthus isn't on Ambush "aka Cleanup Crew!" is also another thing that confuses me. "Has anyone seen Karthus? Does he have R up?!"
Swain COULD go under Ambush with his global W. But that's... Yeah.
All in all, it's a good list, but some are... Confusing or debatable.
Vayne has short range, no cc, but can easily tear apart a target with little to no counterplay.
Karthus can literally walk into a teamfight, press W, E, get engaged on and still contribute heavily to a win.
Swain no. obvious no.

2 Duelist + 2 Ambush + 1 Sustain = Early game Pick/Splitpush Comp
