Champion Voice Lines Tierlist (WIP) Patch 10.20

I will sure get to Kayle eventually but I am adding new stuff in alphabetical order :/
Camille has a really well expressed personality via her quotes - like REALLY well. Her voice filter is also really cool as it made her voice really cybernatic while keeping the human-feeling in it IUKWIM :D Literally all aspects of her personality are beautifully shown including her high society status, obsesion with precision, her killer instincts, her connection to hextech technology and her... arogant yet still elegant form of speech

"There are two sides to every issue, my side and the wrong side."
"Your behaviour is unacceptable."
"Precision is the only standard that matters."

Also have you seen how many voice lines does she have - If my calculations are correct she has over 300 of them. She literally even has a voice line when your enemy tries to Flash through Hextech Ultimatum :D

I am adding new champions in alphabetical order so I will eventually get to him. So far I can already say that his lines are pretty cool and so he is at least an A tier I'd say :D

Agreed about Morgana all the way. She is my second favorite champion when it comes to voice lines and quotes. I love her dabing and even though she misses a voice filter, her quotes just leave me compltely uncontious every time I play her.

When it comes to Kayle she definitely also has very good voice lines, probably A tier or higher.

Nunu & Willump is also probably an A tier pick. His lines are super nice and friendly and it feels good listening to both Nunu and his yeti, Willump.
