This is a tier list that I made on my own opinions of the champs AT LOW ELO.
Things might be different for you, and I'm sorry if I offend you by putting you champ at low tiers but its just my opinion.
The list is ordered so the start of the SS-tier is stronger than the other SS-tiers.
This is also my first List that I made so I might've made some amateur mistakes over here and there. Sorry for the inconveniences.

SS-Tier
I believe you can play these champs against most matchups, if not all

S-tier
You can play these champs if the enemy isn't heavy counterpicking your team
3
A-tier
Play these champs if you have higher understanding of the game/character
4
B-tier
You can play these champs in specific situations OR have high Understanding of micro and macro mechanics
