I am thinking why le blanc is in C tier. She has a lot of burst damage,low cooldowns, nice mobility and pretty useful passive with her clone.
Her scaling are very good, and if you hit the double chain combo your target is probably dead

against any real players, its impossible to land a e onto targets, especially meta ones like draven and ahri who can just dash or move out of it with little to no problem at all. She has no reliable damage and movement abilities like her w with such a low range and predictable movement makes it pretty garbage. Basically she has no reliable damage, no early poke, and her full combo is hard to hit and easy to also just walk out of once hit.
