God Tier
Some of these champions are high skill, but if you learn how to use them you will carry every game EASILY.

These champions can snowball when fed, but it's very hard to solo carry especially in low elo. I would only pick these champions over those in higher tiers for countering purposes.

Obviously all champions can do well if you master them, but these champions just don't compare to those in the higher tiers listed. I could break down these champions into multiple lower tiers, but you should just avoid them altogether if you're looking to win a match.
