Hello im hardstuck g1 i mean s1 ( rito ranked matchmaking is op these last 2 seasons) player on EUNE and I main Jng. This is just my view of the tier list so far until 11.16 patch, I will change things as soon as I play more games into this new patch. Dont take it srsly and get salty on me. Everybody has different opinion.

Biggest carry potential just learn the basics (except Shaco but people don't know how to play vs him so, just remember how u played against him and make them feel stupid later).

Carry potential but need a bit of champ knowledge (One tricks where u at?)

I guess you can carry but you should have some exp. like in ranked, fck normals and aram try everything in ranked first then go and play normal with ur friends).

Braindead picks and washed up champions (if u played autofill supp morgana instead of yasuo then you would at least know how to play her but fck that) .
